Pest Detective Corporate Canada (PDCC) is the leading provider of pest control services throughout the Lower Mainland of British Columbia extending to the Okanagan Valley, Sunshine Coast, north to Pemberton including Squamish and Whistler and Victoria, BC. We currently have 6 franchises independently owned and 7 regions managed and operated by PDCC. At PDCC, we manage a call centre which receives and average 7,000 inbound calls per month. Our customer service representatives at PDCC use a specialized CRM software specific to our industry to book services and then dispatch to technicians in all franchise locations. We provide in house and on-line training for Franchisees and Technicians to hit the ground running and continue to learn best practices and stay abreast of compliance and changes in the industry. The capital investment for a prospective franchisee is low and largely comprises a late model truck outfitted with a lockable canopy and complete with inventory and equipment. Marketing and social media is managed by PDCC allowing the Franchisee to focus on the operations and growth of the business.
