Revive Fitness

Revive Fitness

Revive Fitness is a group fitness facility model, where members are lead through a 30 minute class, with the encouragement and assistance of a trainer. The atmosphere differs from most fitness clubs and large big box gyms, in that it there are no mirrors and has lighting similar to that of a nightclub. Members are led through a (HIT) or high intensity training class, using high tempo, high temp music. Unlike other gyms and fitness clubs, at Revive Fitness, we concentrate on our members over all wellbeing, not just a members single best attribute. We incorporate Nutrition Plans and Recipes, Mobility protocols, Sleep/Hormone/Insulin Protocols. All Revive Fitness members receive a free online membership , where they can stream our workouts anywhere they have access to the internet. This is a perfect alternative for members who are away for work, gone on vacation or simply would like to train at home. Our fitness clubs all use a ultraviolet-C (UVC) to destroy 99.9% of all airborne and surface bacteria, in between each class.
