We are project managers that help clients downsize (typically seniors, their executors and empty nesters), find a good home for their belongings and maximize their sale price. We offer a menu of downsizing services and package them based on each client's individual needs, however our core specialty is to help clients' sell their belongings through our own online auction platform, estate sales and our Consignment Auction House.
