Mikes is a Quebec family dining chain founded in Montreal in 1967 by four brothers, Antonio, Michael, Domenico and Aldo Marano, who built the menu around their mother's recipes. The first franchise opened in 1972 and pizza was added in 1975. The brand relaunched as Toujours Mikes in 2016 and is now owned by MTY Food Group, which acquired it as part of the Imvescor Restaurant Group combination in 2018.

The menu centres on hot submarine sandwiches and pizza, alongside pasta, breakfast, poutine and table service desserts. Restaurants offer dining room service, counter service and delivery. The chain has more than 60 locations, almost all in Quebec, and MTY advertises expansion opportunities elsewhere in Canada.

A restaurant runs 3,500 to 4,000 square feet. Training is a two-week program at the St-Hyacinthe location covering products, operations and customer service, with a dedicated territory manager and construction, real estate and marketing support from MTY.
